Underlying Causes of Duplicate Patient Records by: Megan Pruente

Attendees can expect to leave the session with an understanding of what key demographic data fields pose the greatest challenge in patient matching, including a statistical summary of demographic data discrepancies on confirmed duplicate records from across the U.S. Audience will also learn MPI management best practices and review some of the newer workflows that are adding to existing issues in accurate patient matching, including how to identify the issue(s) and mitigate future problems.
