Rachel Podczervinski, MS, RHIA

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Rachel brings nearly 25 years of experience in patient/person identity and EMPI management to her role as Executive Vice President. Driving innovation and strategic growth she has been instrumental in shaping best practices for data integrity, governance, and interoperability.

A respected industry thought leader, Rachel is a frequent speaker at state, national, and global conferences and a published author in leading health information journals. She is deeply involved in AHIMA, where she actively mentors future professionals and contributes to advancing industry standards. Her contributions have earned her accolades, including the Rising Star Award from the Colorado Health Information Management Association (CHIMA).

A Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Rachel holds a master’s degree in health information management from the College of St. Scholastica.
