Candice Neisen, MS, RHIA

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Candice is Vice President of Operations at Harris Data Integrity Solutions, where she oversees Professional Services, Maintenance, and Support. In this executive role, she leads customer delivery operations and manages software customer relationships, driving strategic alignment across delivery, support, customer success, and long-term growth initiatives.

With over 15 years of experience in EMR, MPI, and EMPI software applications, Candice is a recognized subject matter expert in electronic implementations, duplicate remediation best practices, MPI data conversions, and EHR maintenance. She is dedicated to implementing innovative solutions that ensure data reconciliation and MPI clean-up projects consistently exceed client expectations.

Known for her strong leadership, ability to foster collaboration, and commitment to continuous improvement, Candice ensures efficient, high-quality outcomes for healthcare organizations.

Candice is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and holds a master's degree in Health Information Management from the College of St. Scholastica and a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Regis University.

Deeply engaged in her professional community, Candice served as President (2025-2026) of the Colorado Health Information Management Association (CHIMA). She is also an active member of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), serving as a delegate and on the Component Relations Advisory Committee.
