Candice Neisen, MS, RHIA

DIRECTOR OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

As Director of Professional Services, Candice oversees daily operations, strategic planning, and project management. She plays a key role in implementing innovative solutions that drive departmental success while ensuring data reconciliation and MPI clean-up projects exceed client expectations. With over 14 years of experience, she is a recognized expert in patient/person identity and EMPI management. 

She has been an active member of the Colorado Health Information Management Association (CHIMA), serving on multiple committees and is the incoming CHIMA President for 2025-2026. Additionally, she contributes to the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) as a delegate and participant in the Component Relations Committee.

A Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Candice holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Regis University and a master’s degree in health information management from the College of St. Scholastica.
